We all know that there are times when things go wrong. From wiring issues, equipment malfunction, firmware updates and needed configuration changes.
We can provide needed assistance to help identify issues and provide the services to rectify or recommend needed changes.
Service Options
In most cases our service options start out with a basic diagnostic which is charged at a flat fee*. After diagnosis, a report and estimate for the required work will be provided. In the case where the estimate is accepted, the diagnosis fee* will be deducted from the total.
* Travel and related expenses may be added to the diagnosis fee. These charges are not refundable against the invoice for the service.
